Metal Squad: Shooting Game is an action platformer much like Metal Slug in all its 2D glory. Albeit this time around players take on the life of an elite soldier as he clashes with an entire army of other soldiers, their tanks, helicopters, and giant robots.
Control systems in Metal Squad: Shooting Game are deceptively simple. Toward the left of your screen you'll find a virtual stick for moving around, and on your left, there's an aim and shoot button as well as a grenade launch button.
In most levels in Metal Squad: Shooting Game, you shouldn't expect to last much longer than one to two minutes, which is about the amount of time you'll have to face off against the dozens of enemies that pop up. Luckily enough, you'll have a full arsenal of different machine guns and rifles to pick from. Plus as you earn more coins you'll get to build up and improve your weaponry.
Metal Squad: Shooting Game is an action 2D game that openly plays off of the original Metal Slug saga, offering players an extensive campaign mode with over 30 levels. Not to mention that it has fairly decent graphics as well as three additional characters for you to unlock as you play.
